Rajinikanth, the actor who is currently basking in the success of his recent movie Petta, is gearing up to work on his next interesting project.
News on the grapevine is, Rajinikanth is going to work along with Murugadoss, one of the most noted directors of the South Indian film industry. This movie is estimated to start shooting during the month of February and like every time, Rajinikanth is going to be seen in a different role. This yet to be titled project is going to be bankrolled by Lyca Productions.
Sources say Rajinikanth is going to play the role of a cop in this movie. Rajinikanth hasn’t played the role of a cop in 3 decades. He featured as a cop in the movies Kodi Parakuthu, Moondru Mugam and Pandian, which became huge blockbusters at the box office.
Adding fuel to the burning curiosity of fans, Murugadoss mentioned in a recent interview, this yet to be titled project is going to be a fantasy drama and Keerthy Suresh is most likely to play the lead role. However, there is no confirmation on this front and we will have to wait till there is an official announcement confirming the news.
